Produced on the island of Sardinia off the coast of Italy, this is an unforgettably dense pecorino laced with thick veins of black truffle paste and oil.
Creamy, savoury, and rich with full body truffle flavour. The opposite of subtle, in the best way. It will likely overpower other cheeses in its vicinity, best to serve with a palate cleansing garnish, like green grapes.

The cheese is made from pasteurized sheep's milk and aged for two months before being injected with ground black truffles that infuse the paste with bold, rich flavor and a striking veined appearance.
