CENTRAL
Central Formaggi is a Sardinian cheesemaker specializing in sheep’s- and goat’s-milk cheeses. Their range spans from fresh ricotta to aged PDO pecorinos, along with specialties like truffle-infused Moliterno. LATTERIA SORESINA
Latteria Soresina is a historic dairy cooperative from Lombardy, founded in 1900, that works with around 200 member farms committed to quality and traceability. It produces Grana Padano, Provolone Valpadana (mild and sharp), and specialty cheeses like Leonessa and Real Cabre, combining traditional methods with modern production and packaging for both domestic and international market
