Pecorino Reggino from Fattoria della Piana is a traditional Calabrian sheep’s milk cheese aged for at least 12 months, giving it a firm texture and bold, slightly spicy flavor. Made with 100 % natural ingredients and treated with olive oil on the rind, it comes in large wheels (around 6 kg) with a dark, ridged exterior and ivory interior.
