Pezzana Tomini IQF

Pezzana Tomini IQF are individually quick frozen soft-ripened cheeses made in the Piedmont tradition by Caseificio Pezzana. Crafted from cow’s milk, they feature a delicate, creamy texture and a thin, edible rind that develops subtle earthy notes as the cheese matures.
Because they are IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), each tomino retains its freshness, flavor, and texture while allowing easy portion control and long shelf life without compromising quality.
Mild and milky when young, Pezzana Tomini become richer and more aromatic once warmed or cooked.
